Event Registrations and Tickets

  • Event registrations are subject to the event’s specific cancellation, transfer, and refund policy. Check the event details before purchase.
  • Refunds for event registrations may be available within a limited window prior to the event start date; otherwise tickets may be non-refundable. Transfers of registration to another person may be permitted subject to availability and fees.
  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will be notified and given options such as refund, credit, or transfer to a rescheduled date. We are not responsible for travel or other expenses you may incur.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or report a delivery or download issue, contact customer support with your order number, the item(s) affected, and a description of the problem. Provide any requested documentation (photos of damaged items, error messages, etc.). We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: Approved refunds for goods are issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
